This Leyland Atlantean open top bus dates from 1982 when it was engineered in Leyland before being bodied by Walter Alexander the coach workers. The bus features a Leyland 680 engine in right hand drive configuration and is dressed in the colours of Glasgow Corporation.

This particular bus boasts a partially covered upper deck making it ideal for personalised City Tours and the sort of party where it is important to be noticed.

This style of bus was the successor to the Leyland Atlantean. The Leyland Olympian features a Gardner 180 6LXB engine in right hand drive configuration, full air suspension and is dressed in the colours of Glasgow Corporation.

Fitted with a Northern Counties body this bus was new to Manchester and is believed to be the last of that particular batch to still be in service.
